uCertify gave me the great opportunity to take this course. It started off with a assessment that was 50 questions long. After the assessment you really get a feel for how much you... already know. After being in the IT field for a couple of years now I was surprised by how many I got wrong but honestly unless you constantly study these things it is easy to forget. After the assessment I began going through the lessons. After each one I took the quizzes and moved onto the next lesson. Each lesson has flash cards you can study with. Definitions can't be all stories but it was explained well enough to where I didn't feel like I was reading a dictionary and getting definition after definition. At the end a final test well two tests but really it feels like just one big one. After the test is taken and depending on the score depends if they recommend you taking the certification. Throughout the entire course you have a status meeter. Everything you complete makes your number go up. Once you get to 90 it is recommended you are ready for the certification. I will be honest in my two week assessment I am far from ready for this certification test but I also didn't have a lot of time to dedicate to this course.

In the event that you fail your first attempt at passing the ITF+ examination, CompTIA's retake policies are:
- In the event that you fail your first attempt at passing the CompTIA certification examination, CompTIA does not require a waiting period between the first and second attempt to pass such examination. However, if you need a third or subsequent attempt to pass the examination, you shall be required to wait for a period of at least fourteen calendar days from the date of your last attempt before you can retake the exam.
- If a candidate has passed an exam, he/she cannot take it again without prior consent from CompTIA.
- A test result found to be in violation of the retake policy will not be processed, which will result in no credit awarded for the test taken. Repeat violators will be banned from participation in the CompTIA Certification Program.
- Candidates must pay the exam price each time they attempt the exam. CompTIA does not offer free re-tests or discounts on retakes.
