Customer Review

The course offers a systematic approach to delivering successful content with clear templates, processes model, steps, and master project plan (project plans, stage plans, and team plans). During my study, I have understood that PRINCE2 is more methodological and practical than PMP which is more like project management standards.

A few days back, I got a chance to review the uCertify Prince2 Course. This course covers PRINCE2 certification exam objectives and provides skills for project management with real-life scenarios. It provides an understanding of all principles, themes and processes on which the PRINCE2 certification is based. Further found this course full of interactive activities that keep learners engaged. Challenges scenarios based questions are also embedded in the chapters so learners can attempt those while learning. Only thing I like to add to include industry research, business cases should also be part of this course to eqip learners to adopt as per industry demand. So, if you are interested in being a PRINCE2 certified professional I would recomment to try uCertify Course.

uCertify has provided a great knowledge base and structure to learn the material for the PRINCE2 certifications as well as the real world. If the coursework provided by uCertify is followed diligently one can be very well prepared for the exams. I have found that having the PRINCE2 knowledge base has allowed me to work in a PMO environment and made managing projects easier. A note though, no methodology or framework can guarantee success of a project, these provide a good grounding for project delivery.
